Taking advantage of the situation, the criminals often take a chance and violate the externment orders.The Satara police arrested two accused identified as Babasaheb Bhimrao Shinde (34) of Rahulnagar, who was externed from the city for two years in October 2017, and Sandeep Ramesh Thakur (27) of Ekta Colony who was also externed for two years in September 2017.The MIDC Cidco police nabbed 24-year old Nitin Raghunath Hiwrale of Shahnagar Masnatpur and Gaffar Bablu Shaikh (29) of Naregaon for violating the externment order slapped on them in August 2017, and November 2017, respectively.The Osmanpura police nabbed Amol Maruti Vavre (25) of Bhaji Mandi in Peer Bazar area for violating the externment order passed in December 2017.The Pundaliknagar police arrested 19-year old Afroz alias Appu Lal Shaikh, a resident of Garkheda, for violating the externment order slapped on him on October 25 this year, while the Jinsi police nabbed Aleem Shaukat Shaikh (33) of Old Baijipura for violating the externment order slapped on him last year.The authorities said all these criminals were habitual offenders with several body and property offences registered against them at more than one police stations in the city.Commissioner of police Chiranjeev Prasad said a surprise all-out operation was conducted to catch such offenders by surprise..
