LUDHIANA: Northern Railways authorities will soon provide unreserved tickets to rail commuters through a mobile app, as the Indian Railways takes another major step towards its initiative for paperless ticketing. Moreover, rail commuters will be able to get a hard copy of the tickets from the vending machines installed for that purpose at the station.
