DEHRADUN: The Central Administrative Tribunal ( CAT ) has put a stay on proceedings in the tribunal’s circuit bench in Nainital related to Sanjiv Chaturvedi , who exposed several corruption cases as chief vigilance officer at AIIMS, New Delhi, and was given an appraisal of zero in 2015-16.
