Chaturvedirsquos lsquozerorsquo rating CAT stays circuit bench proceedings in Nainital

DEHRADUN: The Central Administrative Tribunal ( CAT ) has put a stay on proceedings in the tribunal’s circuit bench in Nainital related to Sanjiv Chaturvedi , who exposed several corruption cases as chief vigilance officer at AIIMS, New Delhi, and was given an appraisal of zero in 2015-16. Counsel of Chaturvedi , Shashank Pandey, told TOI that he would challenge the stay.Pandey said that the stay was ordered as the CAT was clubbing another petition filed by Chaturvedi two years ago for inter cadre deputation to Delhi government with his petition against ‘zero’ appraisal..
