Over 50,000 apply for DDA scheme

According to sources, the DDA has got poor response for the flats located at Narela. We haven’t arrived at the final figure yet, but the figure as of now is about 50,000.”The DDA Housing Scheme 2019 was launched on March 25, offering flats across four categories. “As many as 17,922 flats are on offer in four categories – high-income group (HIG), middle-income group (MIG), low-income group (LIG) and economically weaker section (EWS),” sources said. For the EWS category, the application fee has been fixed at Rs 25,000, for the LIG category Rs 1 lakh and for MIG and HIG flats Rs 2 lakh..
