Anubhav Marwah was arrested by the cyber team of the South Delhi police on June 8, said a senior police official. The police said, Marwah contacted the victim, saying he would provide MBBS seat to his ward in Rajasthan, on May 27. The accused demanded Rs 70 lakh from him.
