The villagers brought to the notice of the minister and PWD officials that Vagator- Chapora area has not been receiving regular water supply.This has resulted in inconvenience faced by residents. A joint meeting was called with the WRD minister and Siolim MLA Vinod Palyekar and Anjuna sarpanch Savio Almeida.PWD (water supply) officials were also present for the interaction with the villagers. Villagers also accused the lineman of not operating the water valves effectively, due to which, a part of village has not been receiving regular water supply.WRD minister Palyekar said, "I shall meet the PWD minister and will request him to resolve the issue by making a permanent provision."
