CHANDIGARH: Haryana chief minister Manohar Lal Khattar on Sunday accused the opposition of misleading people on the issue of Satluj-Yamuna link (SYL) canal, Swaminathan Commission report and caste-based politics.“It is your responsibility to separate the grain from chaff and play the role of a watchman.
