STAFF REPORTERGUWAHATI: Paltan bazaar police caught a phony CBI officer from a private hospital on Tuesday. The fraud would sometimes pretend to be a doctor and sometimes a CBI officer and used the name Dr Supriyo Mukherjee while he looted various organizations. He entered the private hospital and enquired about documents. It was later discovered that the fraud was staying at a hotel in Paltan bazaar and was from Kolkatta.
