INDORE: The two-day induction programme of batch 2018-20 for PG in management concluded at Indian Institute of Management, Indore , on Sunday.Sumedha Khoche, who graduated from the institute in 2003 and now runs her own business, urged students to invest as much as possible in the next two years since the dividends they would gain cannot be imagined.The next point addressed was the importance of asking questions without fear of being judged by colleagues or friends. Khoche underscored the importance of relationships and how life is a series of individual choices.A session was organised on ‘Inclusion & Equality’ by Shiva Priya, who runs an organisation that connect disabled people with potential employers.She began with challenging the preconceived view on disabled people as being helpless and not capable of joining the regular workforce and broke the prejudice among many by telling her own story.The talk ended with an interactive question-answer session between the students and Priya..
