INDORE: Around 34 inner roads of the city will be widened, upgraded and made encroachment-free by the civic body. "This road widening project has been taken up to make these roads free of encroachment and curb traffic jam. The civic body has already finalized agencies for this project and work on the same is expected to begin after the rainy season is over. The roads marked for the project are in areas like MG Road, Rajmohalla, Gangwal, Gautampura, Rajwada, Itwariya Market , Malharganj. This development work also includes construction of footpaths and dividers wherever necessary.The civic body officials have proposed to increase width of these roads to the range of 9 to 30 metre..
