They have been protesting against the abolition of half posts of Ayurveda doctors (medical officers) after DPC and have been demanding appointment of the Ayurveda doctors at the health and wellness centres under Ayushman Bharat Yojna of the central government.Spokesperson of the Ayurveda Sanyukta Sangharsh Samiti, Babulal Barala said that half of the original posts of the Ayurveda medical officers have been abolished by the government after the DPC.
