Cancer research centre to be built in two years

Summary:

Minister Shailaja inaugurated the district cancer control programme at a function held at the medical college auditorium on Saturday. The strength of outpatients at the super specialty wing would be 600. It will be a four-storeyed structure with three basements and the construction would be completed by October 2020. The building, with an area of 77,500 square feet is being constructed at a cost of Rs 61.88 crore. Outpatient and inpatient strength of the CCRC would be at 500 and 252, respectively..
