KOLKATA: The 66-year-old owner of a grocery shop in Kasba’s Naskarhat was arrested for allegedly sexually abusing a 15-yearold mentally challenged girl inside his shop on Tuesday. The girl was waiting inside the shop, when Kumar allegedly molested the girl and sexually abused her. The girl raised a cry and a woman, a relative of the survivor, caught the accused red-handed. Kasba police have slapped sections 6 and 10 of the Pocso Act and produced the accused in court.
