Assets of co-accused in drugs case attached

Nishan is an accused in a drug case involving Ranjit Singh Kandola, alias Raja Kandola.”The statement further read, “Kartarpur police had registered an FIR against Kandola and others in 2012. Kandola is already facing six cases registered by Delhi police and ED under the NDPS Act. It seized 250gm of heroin from the car on June 13, 2012. The attached properties include hotels, flats, houses, residential plots and even agricultural land.Prosecution complaints/ charge-sheets have already been filed by the directorate against three of the main accused, including Kandola, before the special court in Jalandhar, where trial proceedings are going on..
