Nagpur: The Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC) is all set to resume sterilization of stray dogs from Wednesday. The animal birth control (ABC) programme has been assigned to Satara NGO Vet For Animal. It will also keep stray dogs for three days. The NMC will first target stray dogs from public places like railway station, bus stops and airport and then from residential localities.The NMC’s ABC programme has been mired in controversy since its implementation.
