Noida: Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) has launched a one-time resettlement scheme for land allottees who have failed to clear dues. “There is a provision to pay premium interest rate if the allottees default on payment. In the new settlement scheme, the defaulters have to fill the application form with a processing fee of Rs 2,000 by March 31, 2019. They will only be charged simple interest and not premium default fine,” said an official.The facility will be for those allottees whose property is free from cases or are not sub-judice.
