PATNA: Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi Saturday said that the appointment of doctors and engineers will be done on "marks basis" and no written test or interview will be held for the purpose in the state.Sushil Modi said this while addressing "Engineers Day" function on 157th birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna M Vishveshwaraiya organised by Bihar Engineering Service Association (BESA). No written test or interview will be conducted for carrying out appointment of doctors and engineers in the state," Modi said.Till the regular appointments are completed, those appointed on contracts don't need to get their renewal done every year, Modi said adding that contractual employees will also get facilities on par with regular employees like - earned leave, casual leave and maternity leave and other facilities.
