The total area of Patna master plan-2031 is 1167.44 square kilometres and Patna Metropolitan Area Authority has nominated IIT-Roorkee as master consultant for preparation of zonal development plan.The second MoU was signed for third party inspection between state urban development and housing department and Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)-Patna for effective and transparent monitoring of sewerage project under Namami Gange programme.
