PATNA: The Patna Municipal Corporation (PMC) will launch rental bicycle service in the city from March. Several areas like Bakarganj and Khetan Market have narrow roads and heavy vehicles create a lot of traffic congestion. It has accepted a proposal from a Patna-based private agency for developing an app-based rental bicycle service in the city.
