More than 200 people waited there with only two airline officials conducting the check-in process,” the passenger said. The authorities need to solve the problem for good,” said Atharv Sonavare, a flyer.Another passenger said the check-in queues were also a concern.“On Thursday, there was a long queue in front of the check-in counter of a private airline. Some more passenger-friendly features are on the cards in the security hold area by next week. The rush is relatively low now because many flights are cancelled as part of the winter schedule,” a Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) officer said.“The CISF has been carefully scanning the baggage and frisking passengers..
