Summary:
A ReporterSHILLONG: An Associate NCC Officers (ANOs) and Caretaker Officers (CTOs) training seminar is being conducted by NCC Group HQ Shillong along with State Education Department from July 9-12 at DGAR Records Conference Hall, Laitumkhrah. On the second day of the seminar, a lecture-cum-presentation on inception philosophy, vision and role of NCC along with its contribution towards nation building is being planned. This will be followed by panel discussion on “Problems in Institutional Training & Suggested Remedial Measures”.
