Ganesha idols immersed in artificial ponds for first time in city

Surat: More than 55 ,779 Ganesha idols of the total 65,000 were immersed in artificial ponds in the city by 6pm on Sunday. Many people immersed Ganesha idols in the pandals itself by digging a pit near the premises.
