On Independence day, Kerala CM makes house visit to create awareness on waste management

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Kerala chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan conducted house visits in the capital as part of Freedom from waste campaign launched by Haritha Keralam mission on independence day. Chief minister also explained various modes of waste management to residents and spent time with them discussing ways of reducing household waste. Pinarayi Vijayan visited houses in a colony at Nanthencode and distributed pamphlets on waste management.
