India and South Africa T20 Squad

After the ODI series, India and South Africa are all set to play the next T20 series starting at the Wanderers Stadium on Sunday.


There is no announcement of changes of the squad in the Indian team but three new faces will be seen in Proteas T20 squad for the first three matches.


Batsman Christiaan Jonker, fast bowler Junior Dala and wicketkeeper-batsman Heinrich Klaasen are the new caps in the Proteas squad.


JP Duminy has been named as captain since Faf du Plessis is ruled out. Hashim Amla and Aiden Markram along with Imran Tahir will be on rest. AB de Villiers will play in the T20 series since he has missed quite a lot of matches.


Tabraiz Shamsi, Aaron Phangiso and Christiaan Jonker will be also joining the squad. Reeza Hendricks will be given more opportunities to showcase himself.
