Indian cricket team captain, Virat Kohli is one of the fittest cricketers in the world. Many people are left saying ‘Aww' when he is seen running between the wickets or when he is sprinting on the cricket field. But it is not easy to do it day in and out and requires a lot of sacrifices and discipline. BCCI recently uploaded a video on Kohli’s fitness regime in which Kohli was seen sweating it out during the work-out session in the gym. 

 

Many people would have been curious to know how Kohli is able to stay so fit . Well this video does answer their query and also inspires youngsters to focus on fitness and adopt a healthy lifestyle as well.

Team India skipper has been playing non stop for quite sometime now, even when many other players take rest for a few matches. It is very hard to stay at the prime of your fitness especially in such a hectic schedule but Kohli is just an unstoppable force. He has been in the form of his life in the past couple of years, which also includes double centuries in four successive series.
