Virat Kohli is ranked seven in the list released by Forbes as most valuable brands among sports ahead of the likes of football maestro Messi and NBA superstar Steph Curry. The 28-year-old recently overtook former captain MS Dhoni as the most valued celebrity brands released by Duff and Phelps.

The Delhi lad is the endorser of as many as 17 brands and with his demeanour and panache has emerged to be one of the most sought-after youth icons in the country at the moment. He recently signed mind-boggling 110 crore deal with Puma the brand value of Kohli has sky-rocketed to Rs 4 crore/day. Even Sachin Tendulkar at his peak or M.S. Dhoni at his peak did not command the reach and value that Virat now does.

Just like his brand value, Kolhi’s career graph has been on a constant rise, the 28-year-old surpassed former Australian great Ricky Ponting in terms of scoring most centuries in ODI with 31 and is only behind legend Sachin Tendulkar.

Apart from Individual accolade, Virat Kohli since taking over the captaincy from Dhoni in January 2017, he has already guided the team to the top spot in the ICC Test Rankings. The right-hand batsman has captained in 42 ODI matches and holds a 78 % winning percentage.

The skipper is at the top of his game and with how he and the team are performing, Kohli will surely become one of the top brand value athletes in the world. He is young, fit and a youth icon, there is no doubt the value will grow even more.
