The Gabba stadium which is hosting the first Ashes Test has a pitch-side pool where fans can chill and watch the match.
The Pool Deck can hold up to 140 spectators but you cannot buy separate tickets for pool experience. The only way to gain entry to the Pool Deck is by wearing beach attire and being selected from the crowd, with under-18s needing a parent or guardian.
Among the lucky fans enjoying cricket by the pool was Michael Landride who proposed his girlfriend, the surprise shocked girlfriend accepted the ring and the crowd applauded the couple as well.
Later Landridge said he wanted to combine the momentous occasion with his love of cricket but how he was carrying the ring is a mystery.
