India beat Pakistan to clinch Blind Cricket World Cup

India has successfully defended their Blind World Cup title after defeating arch-rival Pakistan in the finals. Batting first, Pakistan got off to a blistering start, skipper Nisar Ali and Riyasat Khan played solid knocks of 48 and 47 respectively to take Pakistan total past 300 after they were put into bat by India.

However, defending champion, who was yet to lose a match at the global tournament, was up to the task as they chased down the total with ease to clinch the title by 2 wickets. Sunil Ramesh played a magnificent knock, scoring 93 runs while Reddy also contributed to the cause, putting a fine 62 runs.

 It was India's second title at the mega event as earlier they won World Cup, outclassing Pakistan at Cape Town, South Africa in December 2014.
