Equal pay in field now the football association of England men’s and women international team will be payed equally. Football Association stated that women player is same as male counterpart both of them are representing England. They are both same in terms of match fee & match bonuses. This equivalent relation is same since January 2020.
England, Australia, Norway, New Zealand & Brazil are those nations which pay their both male and female player equally. It will be same in the Olympics & other world tournament.

Current women’s world champion the United States took legal action on their own federation .By making allegation on bases of discrimination and pay conditions. There is a ongoing legal battle between in them .Player had been seeking damage $66m under the Equal Pay Act. The case got dismissed by court in California but USA women co-captin Megan Rapinoe will continue to fight for equal pay.
Billie Jean King is a perfect example who battled for equal pay, encouraged USA women team. She wrote on a twitter “This is a setback but it is not the end of fight”.
