The had been  the 3rd consecutive defeat for Mumba at home turf. U Mumba now get a day’s rest before they take on the mighty Gujarat Fortunegiants.

“Our defence is the reason we are losing crucial points and that is costing us matches,” said U Mumba captain Anup Kumar.

Delhi skipper Meraj Sheykh led from the front, scoring 11 points. The Delhi team have relied on the Iranian duo of Meraj Sheykh and Abolfazl Maghsodlou in the Pro Kabaddi season 5 till now. But the lack of inconsistency from the Iranian pair and lack of performance from other players is the reason that Delhi have struggled to get going this season.
