WWE Superstar John Cena is also a role model for many kids across the world. The superstar in addition to his duties inside the ring is also known for his 'Make-A-Wish' appearances for his fans.

WWE has posted a clip of John Cena in a recent tweet about reuniting with a kid after five years on the 'make a Wish' foundation on 'TODAY' show.

Taking back to the time, Nick Santillo was born with a rare heart condition plagued with surgeries all through his life. He found reassurance in the positive attitude of his hero, John Cena.

In the year 2013, the TODAY show allowed Santillo to meet his hero and spend some time with him. That incident changed his life. Since then, Santillo only undergoes one doctor visit every year. Miraculously, his condition improved after he met John Cena.

Five years later, once again Santillo had a chance to reunite with his hero on the same show. The thirteen-year-old kid could not hold back tears, as he embraced his hero and the man who had changed his life.

As rumors have indicated that John Cena will have a collision course with The Undertaker as he is scheduled to be a part of the Elimination Chamber match, on the road to WrestleMania.

John Cena cannot turn heel as he means a lot for those little kids.
