PATIALA: The police have booked unidentified persons under sections of IPC, including negligence causing death, for allegedly ramming people to death.Anaj Mandi police have booked an unidentified car driver. The police said that the car has been identified, but the accused managed to escape from the spot. According to him, the driver seemed to be under the influence of alcohol. In another case, City Rajpura police have booked an unidentified person on the complaint of Konkan Yadav, who hails from Bihar , but lives in Rajpura.The complainant had alleged that a car driver rammed into his brother Ranjan on Rajpura road on Tuesday late night. The case is registered on the complaint of Gurjant Singh of Bathedi village, who alleged that his cousin, Amarjit Singh, was rammed to death on Thursday night near Hardaspur village, while he was riding back home on a bike.
