Restoration work… https://t.co/9i6qxVxomL — TOI Ahmedabad (@TOIAhmedabad) 1541734250000 AHMEDABAD/MUMBAI: A fire broke out in two bogies of a goods train near Dahanu Road railway station on Thursday night.Train movements to Mumbai from Ahmedabad and Vadodara were affected.The incident took place near Dahanu Station of Mumbai division. The officials said that the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertain. Officials said that the incident took place at about 1.10 am. The rescue and relief operation are in full swing.The down line ( trains leaving Mumbai) was restored at around 1.35 am. The Up line ( for trains arriving into the city) is expected to be restored soon.The railways have also opened a helpline for the same. Train 59024/59023 (Valsad-Mumbai Central-Valsad) & 12935(Bandra T-Surat) Journey commencing on (JCO) November 9 are Cancelled.7. 22954(Ahmedabad-Mumbai Central) JCO November 9 is short terminated at Surat & will be reversed as 22953 from Surat to Ahmedabad i.e. will be cancelled between ST- MMCT-Surat.8.
