In yet another goof up Gujarat University, BA psychology students received question papers based on new syllabus for their third semester examination, which had to be cancelled. The new date of the exam will be announced later. The students were in shock upon receiving the question paper as they could not understand the questions. Bhavik Solanki, secretary of NSUI, said: "When we learnt about the incident, we went to the registrar and controller of examination and requested them to cancel it. This is not the first incident. Two examination officers are still there there are so many errors. University exams have never been conducted freely." A student requesting anonymity said, "The new syllabus has not been implemented yet. It will be implemented from next year. I was shocked to see the paper as it had new elements in it." Two days ago, the university failed to send the required number of question papers to an examination centre in time, due to which, students lost more than 30 minutes of their time. The incident took place at KK Shastri College in Khokhra, which was a centre for MA final semester examination. Last month, the university had failed to print the correct dates of examination, November 20 and 21.
