Moderate to heavy rains have been recorded in 182 talukas of the state from 6 am to 2 pm today. 20 talukas received 2 to 7.4 inches of rain while 54 talukas received 1 to 2 inches of rain.

The highest rainfall has been recorded in Surat district till 2 pm today. Mangrol in Surat received 7.4 inches and Kamarej 4.6 inches.
In the last 24 hours, 245 talukas of the state have received moderate to heavy rains. Out of which 21 talukas have received rainfall ranging from 4 inches to 12 inches. While 65 talukas have received 2 to 3.8 inches of rain and 55 talukas have received 1 to 2 inches of rain. The highest rainfall in the state is 12.5 inches in Anand and 12 inches in Umarpada in Surat.
