Railways sends two more Oxygen Express trains from Gujarat to Delhi

The train is carrying five tankers containing 104 tonnes of LMO. These Tankers are provided by Reliance Industries. The train will reach Delhi Cantonment on Wednesday morning in the morning.

The Western Railway has sent two more Oxygen Express trains carrying Liquid Medical Oxygen (LMO) to Delhi amid a spurt in coronavirus cases in the capital.

As per a press release, one of the Oxygen Express departed from Hapa at 4.40am on Tuesday for Delhi Cantonment.

The train is carrying five tankers containing 104 tonnes of LMO. These Tankers are provided by Reliance Industries. The train will reach Delhi Cantonment on Wednesday morning in the morning.

Similarly, the other Oxygen Express departed for Tughlakabad station in Delhi from Mundra Port at 6.20am on Tuesday. It will reach its destination in early on Wednesday.

The train is carrying seven tankers containing 140 tonnes of Liquid Medical Oxygen. These tankers were shipped from UAE and arrived at Mundra Port.
