Ram Naam goes digital this Kumbh

Allahabad: The Ram Naam Seva Sansthan that has successfully completed nine Kumbhs went digital this year. The Ram naam seva sansthan, which claims to have witnessed nine kumbhs, has turned digitally this Kumbh and devotees can even download the ram naam app, Allahabad free of cost from google play store. Besides, the bank has already launched an Android app during Magh Mela 2016 to make writing ram naam more easier for everyone . The Bank has more than one lakh account holders across the world. Other devotees including Diksha Gupta, Dr Sushmit, Prateek Sharma, Vinay Singh Chandel, Pankaj Kumar Bind, Pranav Gupta, Saket Shukla, Santosh Kumar Singh, Manoj Yadav, Avinish Sharma and Raj Kumar Tiwari find digital form more easy platform to submit lord’s name to release inhibited emotions and resolve the issues.“Once a devotee writes lord ‘Ram’ name 108 times on a page and completes 30 such pages, he or she can submit the booklet online to the Ram Naam Seva Sansthan via Google Drive,” said director of Ram Naam Bank, Ashutosh Varshney.

Earlier, the bank used to provide booklets to devotees to write lord’s name.The only ‘currency’ of the bank, that neither has ATMs nor cheque books, is Lord Ram.Scores of students pursuing their MCA from AU and medical practitioners, scribble Ram Naam on their laptops and mobile apps and submit it at the bank in Kumbh mela premises.After submitting 108 times Ram’s name on a web page and completing 30 such pages, their account is opened.Organisers claim the devotees after opening website ramnaambank.in can open their account on the site by writing at least 30 pages and even saving it on cloud-based platform Google Drive.Dr D N Kesarwani saidP: “Profession is one thing but when you try to develop the inner power, you need your deity’s blessings to come over your shortcomings and problems.” BBA student Saket Shukla says: “Apart from shaping my career, I find writing lord Ram’s name is the simplest way to seek blessings from the God who gives us as to what everyone need for peace, prosperity, strength and serenity”. He further added “Once a devotee finishes with a booklet and submits it, he she will receive an automated acknowledgement on their email.He, however, the Ram Naam bank, which operates for the past five or six decades and providing booklets to devotees to write the name of Lord Ram, has for the first time brought a cloud computing platform to enable devotees submit write Ram’s name on a digital interface and submit it online,”.He also claimed that devotees settled in aboard can also submit the booklets online. Besides, the bank has already launched an Android app during Magh Mela 2016 to make writing ram naam more easier for everyone .
