Kaduji Ingle, who has filed the petition challenging the recruitment process, has alleged that the entire process was non-transparent. Its Aurangabad bench court has admitted a petition by the candidates and transferred it to the principal seat. It includes 4,738 posts of junior clerk, 3,170 posts of peon/hamal and 1,013 posts of stenographer. AURANGABAD: A group of aggrieved candidates has knocked on the door of judiciary against alleged non-transparency in the recruitment of over 8,900 posts in different district courts in Maharashtra The Bombay high court is the competent authority for the recruitment process that is being carried out. Stating that the recruitment in question comes under the realm of principal seat, the two-member bench of Justices S V Gangapurwala and Sunil Kotwal, in its order dated June 19, has asked the registry to take steps to immediately transfer the matter.The recruitment in question, which was announced through advertisement on March 28, aims to fulfil total 8,921 posts in different lower level courts.
