Maheshwari mahila mandal from the area was also present during the celebration. Like every year, the ladies from the locality gathered to celebrate his birth over dance, songs and chanting shlokas of lord Krishna. The head of the mahila mandal said that initially they started with only five to six members but now there are more than 100 members’ participating in the cultural events in the temple. The temple at Maheshwar Nagar in Aurangabad was decorated with lights for the occasion. Like every year the ladies club organised bhajan kirtan session for pregnant ladies and a fancy dress competition for the children.
