Yet another Congress MLA from Bada Malhera constituency Pradyuman Singh Lodhi resigned from MP Assembly on Sunday and later joined the BJP in Bhopal.
Congress party in Madhya Pradesh which had been depleted following mass exodus of 22 MLAs in March this year, was dented further.
Lodhi had defeated former BJP Minister Lalita Yadav in 2018 Assembly polls.
Asked whether he has been promised a ministerial berth, Lodhi smiled and said it is all discretion of Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan.
BJP spokesperson Surendra Sharma said Congress party is a party based on some individuals and when it loses power in New Delhi, it tends to disintegrate in States.
