ASI Ansar Ahmed of Shahjahanabad police station in Bhopal died from Corona

ASI Ansar Ahmed (49) of Shahjahanabad police station in the capital has died of Corona infection on Wednesday. He was admitted to Viva Hospital since July 24. He had been serving the Police Department for 25 years.

ASI Ansar Ahmed (49) of Shahjahanabad police station in the capital has died of Corona infection on Wednesday. He was admitted to Viva Hospital since July 24. He had been serving the Police Department for 25 years. He is survived by wife Naz and four children. Two sons Adnan, Anas and two daughters Afreen, Zainab. The family lives in Ashoka Garden, Dharmesh Nagar. Originally hailing from Ashok Nagar. Ansar Ahmed, who was extremely strict on duty, lived in a separate room in the house for three months and used to wash his room daily after coming from duty, meeting family and children from afar. Used to eat and go on duty in the same room.

Another police officer has died in Bhopal within 17 days due to corona infection. Earlier on July 18, DSP Prem Prakash Gautam died of Corona infection. He was employed in the crime research department. DGP Vivek Johri has expressed grief over the demise of ASI. He tweeted regretfully that Ansar Ahmed has died of a corona infection. He held the post of ASI in Shahjahanabad. He has had 25 years of outstanding service in the police department.

Ansar`s elder brother Nisar Ahmed said that the news of Ansar`s death was received from doctors at Viva Hospital. He told that your brother has died at 6.30 am. We could not save them. Corona infection caused 95% damage to his lungs. Ansar was on ventilator for three days. The doctors said that we made every effort to save them, but could not save them. My brother was very punctual in duty, he would refuse to take leave whenever he asked. If we do not do duty brother then how will the common people be safe.
