Police book property dealer for duping man of Rs 22.50L

Sukhisewania police have booked a property dealer involved in duping victim to the tune of Rs 22.50 lakh in the name of providing two constructed houses; accused has been booked for duping several victims. According to the police, victim Kamran Siddiqui lodged a complaint after the accused Rahul Chouhan failed to provide two constructed duplex houses at Imalia. The accused is serving jail for fraud committed in the past related with frauds of land and property. After the confirmation the police have registered a case under section 420 of the IPC and have started further investigation. The field officer Amit Jaggi of United Overseas Company complaint with the Kotwali police and based on the complaint against accused of Copyright Act was registered.

A complaint was filed regarding the fraud and after completion of the investigation the police have registered a case against the fraudsters. The accused is serving jail for fraud committed in the past related with frauds of land and property. The police have started further investigation in the matter. Police found that the Kamran had provided Rs 22.50 lakh for providing two duplex houses at Imalia in the year 2014 and after the agreement was done for the work, accused failed to start the work and used to escape with excuses regarding the houses. Later he provided cheque to the victim of bank account which was found to be closed. After the confirmation the police have registered a case under section 420 of the IPC and have started further investigation. Meanwhile, Kotwali police have nabbed a shopkeeper involved for selling duplicate lower pants using tags of renowned brands in Kotwali area on Thursday. According to the police, acting on a tip off, raid at shop run by Mukesh Advani was conducted and lower pants of renowned brand Nike were seized from the shop. The field officer Amit Jaggi of United Overseas Company complaint with the Kotwali police and based on the complaint against accused of Copyright Act was registered.
