The MIG police have arrested two accused of making fake Aadhaar cards of girls illegally crossed the border from Bangladesh for prostitution. He used to run a photo studio in Gandhi Nagar. Here, in 500, Aadhar cards were made and given by color printers and machines.

According to MIG TI Vijay Sisodia, the names of the arrested accused are Deepak Vaishnav and Govardhan Purohit. Deepak has a photo studio in Gandhi Nagar. Govardhan also used to work with him. On September 26, during interrogation of four Bangladeshi girls and accused Nasruddin Malik and his wife, who were caught in Uma apartment in Srinagar, it was found that the girls from Bangladesh were brought to Indore through an agent. They needed an Indian identity to stay in hotels, send them to farmhouses and do other work for body trade here.

When TI searched the girls, they got Aadhaar cards from them. When their numbers and addresses were investigated, they turned out to be fake. Later, when the accused couple was strictly questioned, they confessed to preparing fake Aadhaar cards of the girls from the photo studio of accused Deepak in Gandhi Nagar. The accused Nasruddin Malik`s wife, through sex racket agent Shiv Narayan, had demanded the Aadhaar card be prepared from both the accused.

On this, accused Deepak and Govardhan made fake Aadhaar cards for Bangladeshi girls using Aadhaar card of common people. In this, Govardhan got 200 rupees and Deepak got 300 rupees. When the MIG police searched his studio on Monday, fake Aadhaar cards were found in large quantities. The accused have been booked and sent to jail under sections for preparing forged documents.

Girls were also called from Russia and Ukraine.

Them Indore police has approached the Bangladesh embassy to send home 13 girls illegally brought from Bangladesh. Police have also come to know that the agents of this racket used to call girls attached to the escort service of Russia and Ukraine in the city. The DIG has approached the Immigration Department of Delhi and sought information about the girls. DIG Hari Narayan Chari Mishra told that girls from Russia and Ukraine used to reach Indore via Delhi, Mumbai.

They were accommodated in many large hotels or farmhouses in the city. After the arrest of Sagar Jain, Rohan, Kapil, Pramod alias Baba associated with the gang, new information will be revealed. It is suspected that there are many more girls in the city for sex service who have been held hostage. Efforts are being made to free all such women.

Action will be taken against the policemen associated with the gang, while DIG Hari Narayan Chari Mishra has clearly stated that they are collecting information about the police employees who are in contact with or are liaising with the absconding agents of this gang. Names of personnel of several police stations have also been known. He has said that these are people who tarnish the image of the department. Strict action will be taken on these. Apart from suspension, action can be taken to stop and dismiss their increments.
