Ashoka Garden police have booked four aides of gang rape accused for pressurising rape victim to withdraw case against three rape accused who sexually assaulted a minor girl; accused was arrested after victim lodged complaint with the police. Police said that the accused Rizwan, Farhan and one minor youth sexually assaulted the victim few months ago and threatened her but victim braved and lodged complaint after which the three were arrested and are serving jail in the case. After the three were jailed their aides and relatives Shabnam, Shagufta, Siddiqui and one other started to pressurize her to withdraw case and recently threatened victim and her mother of life and after which victim lodged complaint with the police. Based on the complaint case was registered against accused who have threatened victim and her mother of life after they failed to persuade them to withdraw gang rape case. Meanwhile, Baghsewania police have booked a driver who sexually assaulted a 29-year-old man and victim used to work as domestic help while accused used to work as driver at the same house; accused sexually exploited victim for over an year. Shankar the accused became friend with the victim and sexually assaulted her when she was alone. The accused threatened her and continued to exploit her. The victim found that accused is married and demanded to marry but he refused and escaped. Police have started investigation.
