Bhopal, May 27 (PTI) The COVID-19 caseload in Madhya Pradesh rose to 10,42,432 on Friday after 53 new cases of infection came to light, a health official said.The death toll on account of the pandemic remained unchanged at 10,736 as no death was reported during the day.The positivity rate stood at 0.6 per cent.The recovery count increased by 61 to touch 10,31,397, leaving the state with 299 active cases.With 8,008 samples examined during the day, the number of coronavirus tests carried out in Madhya Pradesh went up to 2,92,75,630.A government release said 11,88,37,768 COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered so far in the state, including 46,825 on Friday.Coronavirus figures in MP are as follows: Total cases 10,42,432, New cases 53, Death toll 10,736, Total recoveries 10,31,397, Active cases 299, Number of tests conducted so far 2,92,75,630.
