Bhopal, Jul 26 (PTI) The COVID-19 tally in Madhya Pradesh reached 10,48,696 on Tuesday after the detection of 174 new cases, while the death toll rose by one to 10,749, a health department official said.The coronavirus positivity rate, or cases detected per 100 tests, stood at 3.2 per cent, he said.The recovery count increased by 160 to touch 10,36,345, leaving the state with 1,602 active cases, the official informed.With 5,355 swab samples examined during the day, the number of tests in MP went up to 2,96,83,422, he added.A government release said 12,25,36,502 COVID-19 vaccine doses have been administered so far in the state, including 1,34,424 on Tuesday.Coronavirus figures in MP are as follows: Total cases 10,48,696, new cases 174, death toll 10,749, recoveries 10,36,345, active cases 1,602, number of tests so far 2,96,83,422.
