A 45-year-old man died after his cycle was hit by a speeding car from behind in Berasia area near Bhopal, due to the impact of the accident man went over 10 feet in the air and fell on the van parked on the roadside. Locals took him to the hospital where the doctors declared him dead. The entire incident was captured in CCTV cameras installed near the incident site. The police have registered a case and started an investigation. The incident took place on Saturday morning, its video has surfaced today. After the collision with the car, the man went in the air and collided with the van at such a speed that the front part of the van got damaged. Police said that Deviram Jatav, son of Somat Singh Jatav (45) lived in village Sagouni Kala Berasia and worked as a labourer. Like everyday, he left for work on Saturday morning at around 8 oclock on his bicycle. At around 8.15 in the morning, he reached in front of Navratri Dhaba near Jindababa, when a speeding white car going from Bhopal towards Berasia hit him from behind. According to ASI Rajesh Dubey, as soon as the car collided, Deviram jumped and fell ahead on a Maruti van parked on the roadside. Due to Deviram falling on the van, the Marut van rolled backwards and the young man fell on the ground. The van was parked on a slope, so after going backwards, it moved forward and stopped as soon as the wheel touched Devirams body. After the accident a crowd gathered at the spot. However, the driver of the vehicle that collided fled from the spot. ASI Dubey said that this entire incident has been captured in the CCTV camera installed at the dhaba. After watching the footage, it was found that the cyclist walking on the roadside was hit by a white speeding car coming from behind, due to which he was thrown into the air.
