BHEL ED opens 67 days CIL module

SM Ramanathan, Executive Director BHEL, Bhopal today inaugurated the 67 days Common Induction Learning (CIL)-M3 Module for the newly inducted Engineer/Executive Trainees (ETs) in BHEL at Vikas Hall, Human Resource Development Centre BHEL, Bhopal. On this occasion B K Singh, General Manager (HR) and other senior officers were present. Addressing the executive trainees, Ramanathan emphasized on the importance of planning, performing, leading and strategizing. He also touched upon cost-conscious design, attentiveness to stakeholder needs, and the virtues of forgiveness and letting go as key insights. Singh, welcoming the trainees urged them to adopt a broader perspective and not to confine themselves to a narrow outlook. He also advised the trainees to learn from knowledge & experience of seniors. Earlier, Swagata S Saxena, Programme Director and Head of HRD, highlighted the Learning & Development functions role in guiding individuals on the correct path, akin to how Krishna guided Arjuna in the Mahabharata.
