RMNH opens nature study programme

Regional Museum of Natural History, Bhopal (A Regional Centre of National Museum of Natural History, New Delhi) inaugurated the Summer Nature Study Programme-Green Cub on 15th May, 2024.  Beenish Rafat, Scientist-in-Charge of the museum delivered welcome address. She welcomed all participants and informed about the importance of environment in our life. Beenish Rafat also made an appeal to participants for the conservation of nature. In the continuation of programme, Manik Lal Gupta, Scientist-C& Coordinator detailed about activities likes Museum visit, Nature Painting Workshop, Animal clay modeling, Origami Workshop, Visit to Van Vihar National Park to study about reptiles, animals & bird; Environmental games; which would be organized during 15th May to 5th June, 2024. After the inauguration programme, participants visited Natures Network Gallery, Skeleton Gallery, Discover Centre, Wilderness in the Dark Gallery, Temporary Exhibition on Wonder World of Butter flies, Temporary Exhibition on Save Water-Save Life, Open Air Exhibits on Wetland, Traditional Conservation, Dinosaur with explanation by Museum Interpreter.
