Ayodhya Nagar police nabbed three miscreants involved in kidnapping and robbery; a reward of Rs 10000 was announced on the arrest of the accused. Weapons and vehicles used in the crime were seized in the action taken by the police. The complainant Rajesh Bhoi reported that on May 24 at around 01.30 pm, his truck bearing registration number MP04HE5866 was going from Nizamuddin to Bhanpur to fill the gravels when the truck reached Sagar Estate two persons riding on an Activa and two on a motorbike came and all four of them started throwing stones on the glass of the truck. A youth on a scooter  came inside and asked to take out whatever money and when he refused he was hit by a stone. The accused snatched money and the truck and took him in an autorickshaw towards Karond and  hit him for three hours and later dropped after snatching mobile phone was also snatched away by these people. Considering the seriousness of the case, under the guidance of senior officers, team with the help of technical evidence and on the information of the informant, by raiding different places, all four accused in the case were arrested and the Activa vehicle and Honda Shine motorcycle used in the crime and the looted property were recovered. Truck and cash have been seized.
